Service Booking

All service bookings are confirmed only after telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation by our team. Visit charges, if any, will be communicated before dispatch.

Pricing & Payment

Service quotes are provided after on-site inspection. Work begins only after the customer approves the quote. Payments are due upon completion of work, in cash, UPI or card.

Service Warranty

Repairs carry a 30-day warranty on the specific work performed. Gas refills carry a 30-day refill warranty. Warranty does not cover unrelated faults or damage caused by tampering.

AC Rental

Rental customers are responsible for safe usage of the equipment. Damage caused by misuse, electrical surges or unauthorised handling will be chargeable.

Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge before the technician is dispatched. Visit charges may apply once the technician has reached the location.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
